Cross-Pollination After Effects, Maya, Photoshop, VRay September 2010
Based on the Exogenesis Symphony by the British alternative rock band Muse, Cross-Pollination follows the narrative of humanity leaving a destructive Earth behind to populate elsewhere in the universe. Combining elements of the band's branding and drawing from symbolic lyrical elements of both past and past and current albums, we follow our leaders into the cosmos for the single goal of unity together in a new Eurasia. Despite mankind's desire to unify, fear and fear and panic (as illustrated by the two Martian moons, Phobos and Deimos) still hang in the air. Just let us start over again, this time we'll get it right... This is our last chance to forgive ourselves.
